Unable to cancel premium

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for almost a month as I no longer need anything that the subscription offers. I will still be using Windy, just not the premium version.
FastSpring says that it is sending an email with instructions to access my account . This is over the course of a month, and at least three separate attempts, but I have yet to receive anythings. I input three potential email addresses that it may have on file, the primary email address that windy is tracking and two others, but none of them are receiving the information to allow me to login to FastSpring.
