Cancel my current auto renewed yearly subcription and refund

I purchased a Windy Premium auto renewed subscription through Paddle using my credit card.
However, I am unable to check the receipt, possibly due to a security program on my email.
I also tried contacting Paddle to receive the receipt and request a cancellation, but I have not been able to resolve the issue.Therefore, I would like to request the cancellation of my Windy Premium subscription and a refund
The subscription was made on April 6, 2026, through Paddle.
The email address associated with the purchase is g**28@****ea.*r
I will subscribe again on an annual basis once the cancellation is completed. -
@박창곤 Hello, you made a typo on the end of Paddle, so the email on their end is a bit different. I refunded and cancelled the purchase, so you can purchase a new subscription with the correct email address.
