Weird circle on satelite layer

What is this? Some sort of bad calibration ?

@Paulo-Mendes-RibeiroJr. Those circles represent the range of a weather radar station, basically how far it can "see". Within the circle, the radar can detect precipitation like rain, hail, or snow, outside of it, coverage becomes unavailable.
