Bring back the movable picker (map point selector)

Hello Windy team,

I would like to request the return of the movable, draggable picker that existed in previous versions of Windy. In the past, when selecting a point on the map, a small flag appeared and could be freely moved to fine‑tune the exact location. It also allowed minimizing the picker and quickly accessing the bottom panel with the hourly forecast.

In the current version, the point can only be set with a right‑click and cannot be moved without selecting it again. This makes common tasks — such as comparing nearby locations, adjusting a precise point, or analyzing small‑scale areas — less fluid and more time‑consuming.

The movable picker was extremely practical and precise, especially for users who rely on Windy for detailed analysis. It would be fantastic to have it back, either as a default feature or as an optional setting.

@aredondo Muy buen punto. Gracias a ese selector, se podía apreciar información detallada, como por ejemplo, la humedad relativa para un punto en específico (el meteograma solamente entrega el punto de rocío, pero no la humedad relativa). Asimismo, ocurre con otros indicadores como el CAPE. Esperamos que se vuelva a habilitar el selector
