Satellite data outage

Hello, there is fairly often a message at the top of the screen about outage of satellite data in regions, yet ZoomEarth has satellite data for these regions at the time (see images). Please can you explain this? Thank you.

There was an issue with satellite visualisation over some part of the world.

I guess my question then becomes why does Windy have the data outage when apparently other sites don't? Are the data providers different? Thank you.

Over Australia, Windy is using the data from Himawari satellite monitored by JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency).

However the satellite view outage is not necessarily due to the satellite itself, but to certain servers that transmit the data throughout the world, which is may be why not all apps can be affected.
