Feature Request: Multi-Station "Combined" Alerts

Hi Windy Team,

I’d like to suggest an update to the Alert system: Conditional Alerts that only trigger when two different locations meet specific criteria at the same time.

Currently, alerts are limited to a single spot. However, many thermal spots only work when a specific "setup" exists across a wider region.

Example: Traunsee Morning Wind (Austria)

To get a good morning session at Traunsee for wingfoiling, locals look for two specific indicators simultaneously:

• Feuerkogel: Wind from W-NW
• Salzburg: Strong wind from S-SE

If I set an alert for just one, I get too many false alarms. I only want a notification if both conditions are met.

Proposed Logic:

• IF Station A is [Condition] AND Station B is [Condition] → THEN Send Alert.

This would be incredibly helpful for foilers and sailors at thermal spots worldwide where local wind depends on regional pressure gradients.

Is it possible to add an "AND" connector to the alert settings?
