Display a Plugin All the time?

Does anyone know how to pin this so it displays all the time? I successfully installed the plugin, but whenever I close the flyout menu to look at the map, it all disappears. Thanks!

Unfortunately not. When you close the plugin menu, you close the plugin on the map too.
