Official IMD website radar image to windy latency

@suty Hi I know that I am this is that it updates the radar image every 10 minute but really does it except internally but I am noticed that latency between the image shown on Imd website to windy earlier I
Didn't get timestamp but I did it now but I need to explain something first there are three products in radar max of z 250 km , ppi of z short 150 km ,ppi of z long 450-500km these update randomly sometimes they all update together sometimes they are all different but actually going in the case on 16 april around 7:50 pm I have notice that the radar image hasn't updated since 7:16 pm but when I check the imd website ppi short and long updated around 7:05 pm
But Max reflectivity updated around 7:30 but the radar didn't show it until 7:55 My theory is that when the PPI products updated around 7:05 due to latency they were showed on windy around 7:16 and when the max z product updated 7:30 the same thing happened with latency of 25 minutes -
