What is the name of the storm that is forming behind Jose?

I was looking into the future to see the path of Jose and I see by Wednesday (13th) there is another storm forming. By Saturday that storm looks well on it's way to becoming a C1.

Are you talking about the storm that may form next Friday 15 Sep. south of Cape Verde ?
If this forecast come truth and when is judged to have intensified into a tropical storms with winds of at least 34 kn (39 mph; 63 km/h)
then it will be named "Lee" by the National Hurricane Center.
