Current time is off and 1hr setting keeps turning off

Good day, I am a Premium member with windy, lately I've notice the time shown at the bottom slider is always off by 30+ mins (even after I refresh) and I'm not sure if that causes my satellite shot a radar overlay to be out of sync with what I am experiencing locally? Also now when I refresh or login the 1hr forecast always shuts off?
