All models completely wrong about current & forecast?

See attached screenshot. How is this possible?

Radar shows active rainfall and moderate-to-heavy

Yet forecast shows effectively no rain in sight for past few hours or future.

Is this a massive error across models or a UI problem somehow?

FWIW, bobo Apple Weather // Weather channel both correctly show active rainfall and 100% chance in the immediate future... 🤷‍♂️ ! They surely are using either ECMWF or GFS models.... so what gives?

Apparently, the HRRR and Meteoblue models were predicting rain in this location.
