The fire info appears to lag by 24 hours, and is missing many active fires.

e.g. The large Brantley County fire in SE-Georgia, USA hasn't been updated for a day.

Several smaller fires in SE-GA don't appear at all (e.g. a 149 acre fire in the Shawnee-Egypt area of Effingham County.

As you can check by clicking on “About this data”: this info is provided by NASA FIRMS.

@idefix37 They have more up-to-data data here: https://fire.airnow.gov/?lang=en#7.62/31.774/-82.758 (I don't know what is their source.) The Watch Duty app also has much more current data: https://app.watchduty.org/i/94228

It seems that your information is only available in USA.
I doubt Windy would create a new layer for just one country.
NASA FIRMS is covering the entire world.

@idefix37 Your Active Fires source has 'disappeared' the 20,000 acre Rt-82/Brantley County fire in Georgia, USA. Is the link broken?
