Add data from PWS

Hi there, I'd love if windy could include a layer with data from personal weather stations (PWS). This can offer hyperilocalized weather data - wind, rain, etc... I share mine on Ecowitt, Weather Underground and weathercloud...but would much rather see the data in Windy to be honest. When the feature is ready I'll be the first one to share!
