No, if you look at the bottom of the menu, you’ll find the current version of Windy that you are using.

When a new version is available, windy is automatically updated in the browser version, but with the mobile app you need to get it from PlayStore (or AppStore).

It states that right mouse click will be restored in the next update, probably in v50. Thank you for your patience.

The left mouse click is still active and show the weather picker.
It is the right mouse click which is no longer available at the moment.
It should be back in the next version as confirm by this post.
