Location button has vanished

The location triangle that used to display has now vanished.
Now you have to press the circle location and if you press any bit of the screen you've got to reload the app to get it back.
Also you used to get whether for that location by tapping any part of the screen now you can't.. -

In the mobile app - I guess it is the one you are using - a long tap on the Home icon displays your position and opens the detailed forecast at this location.
If you want to choose any location on the map, tap the map to bring up the crosshairs and grab the map to place the desired location under the crosshairs.
