Hi,
Have you set the location setting to “Always”for Windy in the App settings of your phone?
According to your profile your are in Karachi where the Radar in Windy shows “No data”. I think that the Radar data must be available to get this type of Alert.

You mentioned two different alerts in my opinion, @mohsin-raza-lashari wants to get notifications about alerts set for custom locations.
@idefix37 Your screenshot contains live alerts for your location and this condition is not necessary to custom ones.

If you are referring to the Heavy rain ans Storm alert as shown in my screenshot here above, this type of alert works only for your current location. Not for your different Favorites.
So could you clarify this question. -

I don’t know. Only you can confirm if the location shown in your screenshots is correct.

I said that the Radar layer WAS showing “No data” over Karachi area yesterday.
Today, it seems that the Radar is available again over this region. -

At your favorite locations, the alerts can be triggered by weather model forecasts, and it is rain NOT Heavy rain and Storm.

@idefix37 I subscribed to Windy Premium last night but now I am having a timing issue with the satellite layer which used to start 3 minutes ago but now it is showing 10 minutes ago.
