All models consistently 5 to 8 degrees warmer than realtime

The old timers called this place, the Arctic for a reason. This village sits at 6700 feet ASL on the edge of an interior draining basin & it
is always colder than any of the models. Precip is usually pretty close.
I wonder if it would help to upload my ambient weather station data. -

I understand you are talking about a cold-air pool area.

Generally weather models are not able to forecast correct temperature in these places because of their low resolution and the coarseness of their orographic model. If your question is, "Would displaying data from a weather station in Windy change the quality of the forecast?", the answer is no. Weather models are monitored by major meteorological centers like the ECMWF, NOAA, DWD… not by Windy. They uses official weather stations from WMO or airports.

Out of curiosity, where is that village?
