Weather Radar Constantly Malfunctioning

Hello!
I would like to inform you that for several months, the weather radar has not been displaying real-time information correctly (in the southern region of Brazil, marked in the image below).
Often, the radar malfunctions and displays nothing, even when it is raining heavily.
Whenever I need to monitor the rain, I am left without information.
The weather radar in my region is constantly malfunctioning; there are periods when it works perfectly, but now it is becoming increasingly common for it to malfunction, and usually whenever needed it is out of position or offline.
Unfortunately, if this continues, it will not be worth renewing my subscription.

If you are outside the light gray circles (or the red dotted line I drew), Windy cannot display radar echoes because there is no radar data available in that area.
I don't know if there are any radar stations in the coastal area. Where exactly are you located?

I'm within the area covered by the weather radar (as marked in the image below), but I just took a screenshot, and it's raining here in the city, and there's no sign of rain clouds nearby on the radar, not even close to the region, only further north, where it covers another area. But in the satellite option, you can see the dark clouds over the region.
For some months now, this region of the weather radar hasn't been working as it should, and it keeps changing location; sometimes it covers the entire area, and then it cuts off the coastal area (as shown in the image).

If you go to the file option and return to April 12, 2026, you will notice that the radar is much wider, there is rain throughout the region on that day, but in my coordinates on the radar and nearby regions the rain 'disappears' as if there was a glitch in the radar.
