Unable to access Premium content despite active subscription

I purchased an annual Premium subscription in September 2025 but am no longer able to access some of the Premium features such as the 10 day forecast. I am leaving on a sailing trip on May 10, how can I get this access restored ASAP. I tried via the restore purchases link but I no longer have the email with the order reference #. I do however have the subscription listed under my Apple subscriptions with an Exp date of 9/2026 and I have the credit card statement with the charge.

@fleuryc Unfortunately, there is no Premium under email address fleuryc@g********n.edu.
Since you mentioned AppStore purchase, pleas try to login via Apple login, I think it is possible that Apple used in your Premium account hidden email.

Mon compte premium est soi-disant actif mais je n'ai pas les prestations. Pouvez-vous m'expliquer comment remédier à cette situation. Christophe

Apparemment votre abonnement Premium est actif et lié à votre compte Windy puisque vous avez le label Premium ici sur le forum.
Pour bénéficier des avantages Premium il vous suffit de vous connecter avec vos identifiants. Vous devez voir l’image de votre profil Windy sur la page d’accueil avec la mention Premium.
Quelles prestations vous font défaut ?
