What does a dash on cloud base (ft) mean?

I am looking at a weather report for a specific location and on May 11, the cloud coverage is 100% throughout the entire day but the cloud base (ft) is "-". What does this indicate? There is an actual number listed on this on every day except for May 11.

@Hao-20 As I know, a dash (-) for Cloud Base (ft) means the forecast model doesn't have a valid cloud base value to report. With 100% cloud cover, this often occurs when clouds are extremely low (e.g., fog or low stratus) or when a distinct cloud base cannot be determined. It's not an error—just that the cloud base is unavailable or not applicable for that period.

Put simply, where the model does not forecast clouds, it does not forecast a cloud base. In this case, a dash appears in the meteogram. However, the shaded areas in the meteogram are determined by relative humidity.
