Unable to get FastSpring email to update expired payment method

Hello, My Premium membership is about to expire and I have to update my payment details. However, I haven't received the email of FastSpring even though I tried several times . Can you please assist ?

@Suty Correct, I changed the Apple email private relay on my profile but still I am not receiving the FastSpring email. Is it possible to have FastSpring use my new email for the communication ?

@Younes-El-Haddaj Please contact them directly on orderscontact@fastspring.com, since we are not able, from our end, to change this on the side of Fastspring.
