Since some weeks my Favorites permanentely vanish

When I use Windy (I'm premium since some years) at PC / Browser (Vivaldi) my Favorites didn't show up by default (as the years before) down right.
Even if I pin it again it vanish if I close the website / browser and open up again.
How to fix it?

@Wauzal Hello, do you miss favorites in the favorites list in menu, or only icons on the map?

@Suty When I open Windy on the PC (Browser: Vivald) my favorites are not pinned as all the years before.
It should be like this:

But every time I start the PC the Favorites are not pinned and just the "standard" visible.

@Wauzal This setup is saved in the local storage of the browser and I personally think that Vivaldi regularly clears this storage.
