Premium Purchase Problem

I sent the following email to support@windy.com yesterday and have not received a reply. I also tried posting under Windy Account with no reply! How am I supposed to get support! I hope Windy can help me here.
I purchased Premium at windy.com 2 days ago in the afternoon with a different email address than for my own account as I plan to give the subscription as a gift. There was an error saying you couldn't take my payment. But then the charge showed up on my credit card. However, I have not received an email with me registration information. I checked me spam folder as well.
Can you please send the registration information or refund the charge?
I didn't want to put the email address in a bulletin board. Can you email me at my own account email I am logged into here?

There are no active chats. I was not allowed to create a new one to you (Forbidden error message). I sent an email message with the email address used for the problem purchase, from my current subscription email w****@oco****.com.Also note, as I say in the email:
I have been asking for the registration information to be sent to me, or refund the charge amount of $24.99. However now I see that the charge from Paddle.com is still shown as Pending. But I also see a pending $-24.99 credit from Stripe! The last 14 digits of the transaction number are the same for both but the preceding 8 digits are different. Maybe all that is needed is for both to go through, or both be cancelled.

Both the pending charge and credit have disappeared from my account. So this issue is resolved!
