extratropical cyclone named as tropical storm 70L

(bug reports seemed to be best to pick here) there is an extratropical low sitting south of greenland, over 4°c temperatures, it is obviously an extratropical storm due to the dry intrusion and the cold front extending southwards, now how has this been called a tropical storm? images are below, if i am wrong about this, please correct me
