Premium gift subscription

I bought a premium subscription to give as a gift with a difference email address based on this thread:
I got the email confirmation but didn't see a way to give this subscription to somebody else. I queried paddle.net and they sent an email to Windy support about it. I have not heard back. Does Windy respond to emails to support@windy.com? If not how is a customer supposed to great support?
I'm any case, can you tell me how to give this new subscription as a gift?

@ocomano Hello, our support email is fully handled on our end by colleagues. However, I will do my best to help you with this.
If you receive the invoice from Paddle.com, there is a reference code starting with "txn", do you see this?
If you do, then you can gift this code to someone and he/she needs to restore the purchase with this code. More info in the article here.Please let me know, if you need any further assistance.

@Suty Thanks! I did not previously see the attachment with the invoice. The transaction id is in the invoice. I was previously just looking at the email message and didn't see it.
Note I still have not received an email response from Windy to the request for assistance from Paddle. That seems strange.
In any case, your help should resolve this issue. Thanks again!
