Renew subscriptions

I want to renew my subscriptions, but the payment is not being accepted. I tried to make the payment up to five times, but every time I received an error message.

@Dirk-DS Hello, I checked your account and your Premium was purchased via Google Play, so the payment method has to be changed on their end and we cannot do much with the issue you have. I am sorry about it.
