Partial Outage of Windy Services

Due to an internal error, currently, some Windy functionality is unavailable. This issue affects:

Display of POIs (weather stations, airports, spots etc.) on the map(Fixed as of 9:55 AM UTC) - ✅
Collection of data from Netatmo weather stations(Fixed as of 10:55 AM UTC) - ✅
Notifications about changes in METAR forecasts(Fixed as of 11:25 AM UTC)

@selverob It is also affecting PWS uploads from Cumulus MX, and presumably other PWS software.

This is the error Message from Cumulus MX since 9:40 this morning.
Windy: Error - Exception Type: System.Text.Json.JsonException
Message: The JSON value could not be converted to System.String[]. Path: $.message | LineNumber: 0 | BytePositionInLine: 41.Is this to do with the Outage of Windy Services?

Sorry. Should have mentioned this is with the Windows app on a laptop. The iphone app is working fine.
