Hello, I subscribed to Windy Premium on the 24/05/26. However, I quickly determined it was not fit for purpose and did not meet my expectations. On the 25/05, I sent an email requesting cancellation and a refund. I followed up with another email on the 28/05. I still have not received a response. I appreciate your assistance.
