Double billed_need support

I was originally subscribed to Windy Premium through Fastspring.com then in the 3rd quarter of 2025 I could no longer access Windy Premium, I assumed my subscription had expired, on 27/11/2025 took a new subscription through Paddle.net , I found out that I was paying 2 subscriptions in February2026, sent many emails requesting the amalgamation of the 2 subscriptions into 1, zero response, now I am being hounded by Fastspring to pay the subscription. From what I understand Windy Premium only requires one subscription for my 2 devices that I use.

@Clockwork.Orange Hello, you are right and you only need one subscription to use the Premium, even on multiple devices.
I found both your purchases, however, I cannot refund any of these and I also cannot prolong any of them. So I would cancel your old one, you purchased with Fastspring and then when it is expired, we can connect the newer one from Paddle with your account. Is this okay for you?

@clockwork.orange Okay, your old Premium is already canceled and now you need to only assign the Premium from Paddle with your account. So please process these steps below:
- Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account or create a new one, since the purchase of the Premium doesn’t automatically creates one.
- Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location).
- Click on 'Restore purchases'.
- On the next page, insert the subscription Transaction code that you have in the invoice. The code starts with 'txn_'.
If you cannot find the txn code, please let me know.
