Can’t customize clouds layer

When I attempt to customize the Clouds layer, the settings menu only displays customization options for the Precipitation overlay. I’m using an IPhone.

The setting for customizing the color scale of the Clouds layer seem to have disappeared. It was available, though, since I used it as shown by this recent screenshot.

It was listed under Clouds [clouds]
