Display Position Widget on All maps

I only recently discovered a widget showing my current position is displayed on the Radar and Satellite maps but apparently no others. This seems strange unless I’m missing a setting to do this. Showing the position widget on every map type makes sense to me. As an offshore sailor, I’d like to see my position on the Currents map. Windy is one of the only apps that has a map of ocean currents. Please add the position widget to every map. Thanks.

If you want to see your position at sea, tap the Home button (the small house) and then press this tag
Of course in Settings you need first to enable the GPS positioning first in Start up location.
Only Radar and Satellite layer display your GPS position.
By the way I didn't understand why you were talking about a widget for your location.
