Premioum account recognized by the android app but not from the website

I have the same problem with the android app that work recognizing me as Premioum and the one on the browser that does not recognize the premioum account instead the account name and password are the same. I don't have the order number. Let me know how to solve. BR

Your subscription is called Pro, not Premium. It's not a subscription to windy.com with a red logo, but to another app with a similar name and a blue logo.
These apps have nothing in common, so it is normal that this subscription does not work on the windy.com website.
