SARGASSUM

With this becoming a problem worldwide, it would be great if you could add a sargassum tracker 🙏

@Eirehead55 Hello and thank you for this suggestion. Could you please provide any reliable source of this data worldwide, that could be considered and potentially added?

@Suty : Sargassum algae in the Great Atlantic Sargassum Belt is a good starting point since a dominant phenomenon worldwide, ex. :
- Copernicus Floating Sargassum algae detection Index from satellite observation, product MULTIOBS_GLO_BGC_SURFACE_NRT_015_016
- NOAA / ERDDAP 's USF AFAI datasets
-- see produced maps in Daily Sargassum Inundation Risk
-- they are also described being used to detect "sargassum, green macroalgae and cyanobacteria" in Caricoos' AFAI "radar".

@Canne Hello, I forwarded the post to colleagues for a consideration and there is a certain interest in this in the team. Right now I can't promise any specific date, but it seems promising.
