Fast spring Checkout

I got a message saying my subscription (Premium) is about to renew. I went to check on the payment information. I got sent to Fast spring and entered my email address as requested, to receive instructions. NO email ever arrives. I tried this four times now and have spent 20+ minutes on this waste of time

What am I missing??

@JJager Hello, you purchased the Premium a few years ago with probably old email address j******ger@gmail.com. Do you still have an access to this address?
