New feature: Temperature at 5 cm above the surface

Please, add a new temperature layer that shows the temperature at 5 cm above the surface. Forecasting models that can provide this information are: ICON, ICON-EU, ICON-DE, ICON-CH, NAM, GFS, ECMWF and HRRR.

Once this is feature is implemented, the temperature layers that would be available will be:

• Surface 5 cm (Suggested layer)
• Surface 2 m (Previously the current "Surface" layer)
• 600 m
• 750 m
• 900 m
• 1500 m
• 2000 m
• 3000 m
• 4200 m
• 5500 m
• 7000 m
• 9000 m
• 10 km
• 11.7 km
• 13.5 km
• 30 km
