App keeps reverting to 3 hour forecasts for premium even when one hour is selected

Many years ago the app would just automatically remember that I was a premium user and I liked 1 hour forecast. After I set it to 1 hour I would never have to set it again, It would always show one hour forecasts.
Then, a few updates back, there was a little slider on the settings that you could toggle to tell it to remember your one hour versus 3-hour choice.
Now, every time I start the app it forgets that I want one hour forecasts and it reverts to 3 hours. Furthermore, in the settings, there is nowhere that I can specify to remember the one hour choice.

@stevecrye Hello, there should be still a switch to remember this setup in our settings, specifically in the section called Startup layer and location.
