App keeps reverting to 3 hour forecasts for premium even when one hour is selected

@Suty It's set correctly and it doesn't work. This bug is known for over a month but, whlle I am constantly am being introduced to new featurre a known bug is not being fixed. Quite annoying. How long does it take?
