Payment method upda

I need to update my credit card.
I click on "subscription", I enter my email in the next tab, I receive the email, I click the link, then opens the tab wirh the actual payment method, I add a new one, enter the data, there appears a message telling me that the card is verified, but then appears a tab titled "Payment information" with a pink message which says: "We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business ando would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance"

Below that, shows the card data I´ve just tried to add.

I also tried to make all the process again, but in spanish. In that case it prompts a message titled VISA and says (in spanish) "We apologize, we have problems to validate your identity", and below, in english: "There are no means of contact for the card. Pleas contact your bank".

I tried with 3 diferent credit cards and a debit card, involving two different banks, with the same result.

I wait for a good advice.
