<![CDATA[Add time to lines of longitude]]>Is it possibly to add the UTC time or the local time to the longitude lines? Would be good to know the local time during weather events.

@plattbehrens would like to see the time offset expressed relative to UTC and the longitudes displayed at the top of the maps. Like on this one:

The problem is that actual time zones do not follow lines of longitude exactly.
