    Cannot cancel premium subscription - need help

      I have a premium subscription (via the iOS app), and I cannot cancel the subscription. When I click on cancel it redirects me to my subscriptions for my icloud email and it's not listed there, yet I get charged every month. Support please get in touch.

        @Phil-Ri Hello, can be possible that you purchased the subscription in the past with a different AppleID?
