<![CDATA[Premium subscriptim not recognized]]>I purchased a Windy Premium annual subscription through Google play on my android phone, but the application do not recognized it. Clicking the Restore purchases button does absolutely nothing.
Support on email is only sending me the same automated toubleshooting steps that I already have done and mentioned it in my initial email.They did not even replay to my furhher emails.Very disappointed.

Did you have a chance to try the steps from my previous reply? The most important part is to sign in using the Sign in with Google button, making sure you select the same Google account that was used to purchase the subscription. After that, please open the Premium window and tap Restore Purchases. If you've already done exactly that and it still doesn't work, please let us know at which step it fails, so we can investigate further. KR, Marketa

Please try signing in using the Sign in with Google button instead of your email address and password, and make sure you select the same Google account that you used to purchase the Premium subscription.

Once you're signed in:

  • open the Premium subscription window,
  • tap Restore Purchases,
  • and after the subscription has been restored, you can change the email address associated with your Windy account in Account Settings if you wish.
