Add button to set animation loop to "now"

Please add a button to stop the radar animation and set the radar loop to "now."

The position of the loop can be dragged to the present, but it is a little tedious to do so. The "button" could even be just tapping "now" area of the timeline.

@lilhill Hi, we already implemented support for snapping time to reftime (where real data ends and nowcast starts) in radar and satellite layers. However, it will be available in version 51+ (not in the following v51). We are not planning to add a completely new button.
