I am located in Phuket Thailand. Recently, the radar at Phuket airport went offline, and came back online with a different link (in the Thai meteo service). However I see that Windy is still offline for the datafeed from Phuket airport's radar. But as I say, the service is back up and running, maybe you need to re-direct your algorithm to connect.
