        This is probably a bug in the model.
        You see in this thread (in French) that a similar anomaly but related to wind was already observed in the same location a few years ago.

            There are four artifacts like this,
            in a line just south of Malta
            (latitude 35.5 North).....

            According to meteoblue...

            this is the southern limit of NEMS 4 model.

              According to the NEMS domain displayed by Meteoblue in your screenshot, does it mean that Windy provide data outside the model boundaries ?

                In Meteoblue app the southern limit of NEMS4 is just through Lampedusa island,

                But in Windy the layer limit is further south

                Finally the issue is likely on the Windy side.
