RAQDPS Wildfire Smoke overlay (Canada) — new plugin

Hey all! I built a plugin that overlays Environment Canada's RAQDPS wildfire smoke forecast on the map.

Data: ECCC's RAQDPS model via their MSC GeoMet WMS service — 10km resolution over North America, hourly out to +72h, runs twice daily (00/12 UTC).

Four smoke products: surface PM2.5, surface PM10, column-total PM2.5, column-total PM10, each with several color-scale/unit options and a legend.

Overlay's forecast time stays in sync with Windy's own time slider.
Independent of Windy's built-in overlay picker (wind/temp/clouds/etc.) — it's an additional layer, not a replacement for one. -
