You guys contact me said I need to contact Google Play cuz I accidentally paid for another account for the year. I've already got two two yearly contracts going at one time

I paid one beginning July 6th and it goes till July 6th of 2027. Then I accidentally put another one July 10th of 26 2027 and you guys said I need to contact Google Play to remove one then but they said it's been too long so I have to go through you guys to have it removed
