Free API access for a non-profit wildfire information project (Spain & Portugal)?

I'm the developer behind Incendib (incendib.es), a public, non-profit web project that maps active wildfires in Spain and Portugal. It aggregates official and satellite sources (NASA FIRMS, EFFIS/Copernicus, and regional emergency agencies) into a single map, with a strict rule: inform without alarming. It's free, has no ads, and isn't monetized in any way.
I'd love to integrate Windy's weather data to improve the local meteorological context we show for each fire (wind, temperature, humidity — all critical during a fire campaign). My question is simple:
Is there a free API key, or any program, for non-profit / public-interest projects? I've seen the Point Forecast API and the Map Forecast API, but I want to understand which tier would fit a civic project like this and whether there's any special access for non-commercial use focused on public safety and wildfire information.
To be clear about scope and intent:
The project is entirely non-commercial and open about its sources — every provider is cited with its license.
It's aimed at citizens in at-risk areas, journalists, and emergency professionals.
It explicitly does not replace official emergency channels (users are always pointed to emergency services).
If there's a proper channel for this kind of request, or documentation I've missed, I'd really appreciate a pointer. Happy to share more details about the project or how I'd attribute Windy.
