ANY ONE HAVE CAMERAS ON N LAKE SAMISH RD, WA FROM THE EXIT BY THE GAS SATION ALL THE WAY TO THE LAKE?? URGENT!! HIT AND RUN VICTIM!

Hello , I am asking the general public of Whatcom County , WA if anyone has footage of July the 11th around 1:30 pm to about 2:30 pm near N Lake Samish Rd Off the I-5 all the way to down the lake. Anywhere on that road during that time would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!! House footage like doorbell, security cameras facing the road or dash camera footage from driving that way that day. We are actively trying to catch a hit and run driver of a bicyclist that day. He was hit from behind on his bicycle while heading South towards the lake on N Lake Samish while practicing for the Tour De Whatcom . EMS had already arrived by approximately 1:40pm. He was transported to the hospital where he passed away. (this is NOT just a bump in the back, this was something that ended in a mans life being TAKEN! FOR NO REASON!) We have footage of him riding past the Shell Gas station right off the N Lake Samish exit at 1:29pm. We are desperately looking for any footage of a car with what we assume would be front end damage. Speeding away/driving away from the scene anywhere from 1:32 and ahead.
We are pleading, begging anyone with information to come forward. We know there was other bikers behind and ahead of him. If you saw ANYTHING , if you rode that road around that time and have a GoPro or any footage please come forward and help us with this investigation. As his family we deserve answers and justice. As a person of this community , we would expect you to ask for our help if this were your loved one. Please , please check any cameras you have and please ask around to anyone you know who was involved in the Tour De Whatcom bicycle event.
