Please bring back the "Always use 1h forecast" option
-
@meiersa78 Hello, we will release the next update of our app probably this week and this should be fixed there.
-
@Suty Please, release the fix also for browser desktop version.
-
@ucelme It should be already out, can you check the behavior?
-
@Suty It doesn't work. It always reset to 3 hour, 1h selection doesn't save its state.
-
@ucelme App is still not released with the fix, I am sorry about the confusion. It should be out in v.51.1.
-
@Suty Any ETA when fix will be released? It passed one month since I started this forum post and reported about this bug. It annoys me every day.
-
@ucelme This week for all users.

@Suty One week passed and more than month since I reported about this bug! Why you cannot fix it! I want 1h setting be remembered in desktop version! Fix it at least!
-
@ucelme It is frustrating... and it's not only the 1h setting in the compare forecast view, but also the one in the "Weather stations" layer always reverts back the the 3h setting. Whenever I reopen the website or app, I need to enable "1h observations" again.

Hello,
I pay for a Windy subscription specifically to access hourly forecasts. However, every time I open the app, I have to tap the icon at the bottom of the screen and manually select “1-hour forecast.”
Why can’t the app remember this setting? I only want to see hourly forecasts. Having to repeat this process every time seriously undermines the value of my subscription.
Best regards,

@Suty Any updates with this bug fixing?

@idefix37 Where I can find it? I need 1h always be remembered in compare models window on desktop browser version. After each refreshing page 1h trigger resets. I have this interface:

-
@ucelme
Indeed for the “Compare forecasts “ table this setting does not work. -
@idefix37 I reported about this bug about 2 months ago. Your developer promised to fix it 3 weeks ago, but nothing still happened.

-
@ucelme Yes, you are right about this, it is an error on our end about missing the fix in the recent release. I will check with colleagues.
-
@Suty Not only in "Compare forecasts". As I wrote in this same thread a few posts up (10 days ago), the 1h setting also reverts back to 3h in the "Weather stations" observations layer.

Any updates? And any ETA when fix will be implemented for this bug?
