"Feels like", accuracy percentage, forecast update time

Would like the "feels like" row to be optional. The reading is not useful in my location (and likely others).
Accuracy percentage: As most users are weather experienced and/or meteorologists, accuracy can be estimated employing both local knowledge and approaching fronts, lows, etc. Also, it's tough for non-experienced users to to understand just what this expression means for weather forecasts (expected and max/min rain, temp, wind).
Please revert to displaying the time of forecast so it is not necessary to hover over the "i".
